Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of solorender (the “Service”), operated by solorender (“solorender,” “we,” “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

solorender is a web application that lets you generate and edit images, video and audio using third-party artificial-intelligence models. Generations are paid for with account credits. Availability of specific models and features may change over time.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to use the Service. You are responsible for your account, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for all activity under your account.

3. Plans, credits & billing

  • Subscriptions. Paid plans are offered on a monthly or annual basis. You are charged at the start of each billing period, and plans renew automatically until cancelled. Annual plans are billed once for the year up front.
  • Credits. Each plan includes an allowance of credits used to pay for generations. Credits roll over between cycles and do not expire while your account is in good standing. Credits included with a plan can be used while that plan is active; if the plan ends for any reason, unused plan credits are kept but paused until a plan is active again. Credits bought on their own (one-time offers and credit packs) can be used at any time. One-time credit purchases are charged immediately at checkout.
  • Payment processing. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card details. You authorize us and Stripe to charge your payment method for the amounts shown at checkout, including automatic renewals.
  • Price changes. We may change prices or plan contents on a going-forward basis; changes take effect at your next renewal.

4. Cancellation & refunds

You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account. Your plan remains active through the end of the current paid period, and credits you have already received remain in your account. Except where required by law, payments are generally non-refundable; if something went wrong, contact us at support@solorender.com and we will try to make it right.

5. Your content & acceptable use

You are responsible for the prompts and files you submit and for the outputs you generate. You agree not to use the Service to create or distribute content that is illegal, infringing, abusive, deceptive, or that violates the usage policies of the underlying AI providers — including non-consensual sexual content, content that sexualizes minors, or content that impersonates a real person to deceive. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Ownership of outputs

As between you and solorender, you own the images, video and audio you generate, subject to these Terms and to the terms of the third-party model providers used to create them. You are responsible for ensuring your use of any output is lawful and does not infringe others’ rights.

7. Third-party models & services

Generations are produced using third-party AI models and infrastructure. Availability, quality, and results depend on those providers, and we do not guarantee any particular output. Your use may also be subject to those providers’ terms.

8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, solorender is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above, and your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California.
