Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 18, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how solorender (“we,” “us”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use solorender (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to this policy.
Information we collect
- Account information — your email address and basic profile details you provide when signing up.
- Payment information — processed by Stripe. We receive limited billing details (such as your plan, transaction status, and the last four digits of your card) but we do not receive or store your full card number.
- Content you submit — the prompts, images, and files you provide, and the outputs you generate, so we can deliver and store your work.
- Usage data — basic logs and analytics (such as actions taken, credits used, and technical information like browser type) to operate and improve the Service.
How we use your information
- To provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
- To process payments, manage subscriptions, and grant credits.
- To send account, billing, and service-related messages.
- To keep the Service secure and prevent abuse.
- To comply with legal obligations.
Payment processing
Payments are handled by Stripe, Inc. Your card details are collected and processed directly by Stripe under its own privacy policy. We use Stripe to charge your plan, process one-time purchases, and manage renewals.
Service providers
We share information with the third parties needed to run the Service, including our payment processor (Stripe), cloud database and storage (Supabase), our hosting provider (Vercel), and the third-party AI-model providers that generate your content. These providers process data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own unrelated purposes.
Data retention
We keep your account information and generated content for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated content by contacting us; some records may be retained where required by law or for legitimate business purposes (such as billing history).
Cookies & local storage
We use cookies and browser storage to keep you signed in and to remember basic preferences. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though some features may not work without them.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, email support@solorender.com.
Children
The Service is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above.
