Affiliate Program Terms

1. Joining the Program

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to apply. We review every application and may approve or decline it at our discretion. Once approved, you receive a personal referral link and access to a partner dashboard, provided through our affiliate platform partner, PromoteKit. You are responsible for keeping your dashboard login secure.

2. How referrals are credited

• Your link. A customer is credited to you when they click your referral link and make their first solorender purchase within 60 days of that click.
• Most recent click. If a customer clicks links from more than one affiliate, the most recent click before their purchase gets the credit.
• Tracking. Referrals are tracked with cookies and our payment records. A customer who blocks cookies, clears them, or buys on a different device may not be tracked. Our records decide whether a referral counts.

3. Commissions

• Rate. You earn 25% of each eligible payment a referred customer makes during the 12 months starting with their first purchase.
• Eligible payments. Monthly and annual plans, Super Max and the founders offer. After the 12-month period ends, that customer’s later payments do not earn a commission.
• Not eligible. Credit top-up packs; purchases you make yourself or for yourself (including through your own link or with accounts you control), purchases by accounts operated by solorender, and payments made with fraudulent or unauthorized payment methods.
• Refunds and chargebacks. If a payment is refunded, charged back or disputed, the commission on it is cancelled. If that commission was already paid, we may deduct it from your future commissions.

4. Payouts

• Schedule. Commissions earned in a calendar month are paid 30 days after that month ends.
• Minimum. A payout is made once your approved balance reaches $50. Smaller balances carry over to the next payout.
• Method. Payouts are sent through the payout options available in your partner dashboard. You are responsible for providing accurate payout details.
• Taxes. You are responsible for any taxes on your commissions. We or our payout providers may require tax information (such as a W-9 or W-8 form) before paying you.
• Holds. We may hold commissions while we review activity we reasonably suspect breaks these Affiliate Terms.

5. How you may promote solorender

Promote solorender honestly and lawfully. In particular, you agree:

• To disclose the relationship. Clearly tell your audience that you earn a commission from your link, as required by the U.S. Federal Trade Commission and similar rules elsewhere.
• Not to mislead. Do not make false claims about solorender, its prices, features or results; do not invent discounts or coupon codes; and do not present yourself as solorender or as speaking on our behalf.
• Not to spam. Do not send unsolicited email, messages or comments containing your link.
• Not to game tracking. No forced or hidden clicks, cookie stuffing, fake accounts, or paying or rewarding people to click your link or sign up unless we agree in writing.
• Not to bid on our name. Do not run paid search ads on “solorender” or close misspellings, or register domain names or social accounts that contain “solorender,” without our written permission.
• Not to place your link beside harmful content. No illegal, hateful, sexually explicit or infringing content alongside your promotion.

6. Using the solorender name and logo

While you are in the Program, you may use the solorender name, logo and screenshots of the product to promote it, as long as you do not alter the logo or suggest that solorender endorses you beyond this Program. We may ask you to change or remove any promotion, and you agree to do so promptly.

7. Ending participation

You may leave the Program at any time. We may suspend or remove you at any time, for example if you break these Affiliate Terms. When you leave or are removed, valid commissions you earned before that date are paid on the normal schedule, unless you were removed for fraud or a breach of these Affiliate Terms, in which case unpaid commissions are forfeited.

8. Your relationship with us

You are an independent contractor. Nothing in these Affiliate Terms creates an employment, partnership, agency or joint-venture relationship, and you may not make commitments on solorender’s behalf.

9. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Program is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee any level of referrals or earnings, or that tracking will be uninterrupted. To the fullest extent permitted by law, solorender is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Program is limited to the commissions paid to you in the three months before the claim.

10. Changes to these Affiliate Terms

We may update these Affiliate Terms, including commission rates, from time to time. Changes are shown by updating the date above and apply going forward: a change to the commission rate applies only to payments made after it takes effect. Continuing in the Program after a change means you accept it.

11. Governing law

These Affiliate Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California.
